Dr. Jenson is responsible for designing and conducting the tutorial classes for an undergraduate course called "Organisation Change Management" for Singapore Human Resources Institute in partnership with The University of Edinburgh. The tutorial classes leverage upon the latest teaching and learning science including the use of coaching and facilitation techniques in class.

Since its running of the programme earlier this year, the programme had garnered a very close to perfect teaching evaluation and learning programme evaluation score [average 3.8/4] with all participants attended indicating that they will recommend this course to their peers without any reservation.

Casa Raudha Limited is one of four MSF-funded crisis shelters providing temporary accommodation to family violence (FV) victims who are unable to make alternative, safe living arrangements. Admission is mainly based on referrals by community agencies such as Family Service Centres (FSC), Family Violence Specialist Centres (FVSC), Integrated Services for Individual and Family Protection Specialist Centre (ISIFPSC), Hospitals and the Police.

Beyond providing a safe place to stay, crisis shelters work in partnership with relevant agencies, such as FSCs and FVSCs, to support their residents to recover from their trauma, develop resilience, and prepare for reintegration in the community with stable living arrangements.

Dr. Jenson is a board member with Casa Raudha. His role includes largely lending his experiences, networks and expertise to provide strategic directions and advisory to the senior management especially in the area of fund raising and aid in the execution of some of the strategies.

Singapore Our Home SG75 National Competition is an exciting annual competition that encourages every generation to build a legacy for those to come. Renewing the vision of our founding fathers led by the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew, the competition captures the pioneering spirit and aspirations for tomorrow through words, pictures and multi-media.

As the Chairman of this national level competition organizing committee that comprises many leaders across different sectors of Singapore, Dr. Jenson and the committee is responsible in the design and implementation of this National-wide competition to get Singaporean and PR especially the youths to dream about what Singapore will be like 25 years into the future (<a href="http://www.sg75.sg">www.sg75.sg</a>) in the hope that they will carry the legacy of our founding fathers while creating their own legacy for themselves and Singapore.

As the Chief Information Officer of Monde Nissin Group, Dr Jenson's roles and responsibilities involved the development of many effective and innovative strategies to manage the multiple millions IT operations & infrastructure to ensure it runs smoothly and effectively to meet the business growth needs of the group. He had managed a diverse global IT team across the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore and an annual budget of more than 8 millions. He played a key role in driving the organisation's digital transformation journey especially during the pandemic. Some noteworthy & high profile IT implementations examples include the SAP ERP Hana Implementation in Thailand, Data Analytics projects for Strategic and Business Performance Tracking, HR systems evaluation project across UK, Philippines and Thailand, IT service management across Philippines, Thailand and Singapore, Operational Feedback Systems implementation for production, NPD support systems, Learning Management Systems adoption and numerous IT infrastructure and security initiatives resulting in millions of dollars of revenue and cost reduction for the group.

Systems thinking seeks solutions to challenging social, environmental, economic and public policy problem-areas facing humankind. Among problem-areas students in Residential College 4 may study are sustainable development, addiction, crime, economic cycles, conflict-development-linkages, cities growth and decline, spread of infections diseases, global development and many more. According to best-selling author, MIT Senior Fellow, Peter Senge, systems thinking offers theories and new vantage points that deepen our understanding of how such complex problems may be produced by interdependent phenomena that seem distant in time and space.

Mastery of systems thinking concepts represents an important, valuable first step on the path towards understanding the challenging problems humankind faces. However most leading scholar-practitioners in the field, especially including the creator of system dynamics modeling, MIT Professor Jay W. Forrester, believe it is only a first step.

Dr Jenson was invited by IEL to Brazil as a visiting professor for three weeks. He is the first overseas professor, in the history of IEL, to be invited by the organization.

Dr. Jenson was invited to conduct two classes of 'using case study to educate' course to their academic and to provide expert advice and strategic direction to help IEL pursue its nationwide e-learning and business innovation initiative.

Dr Jenson was invited by PUCPR as a visiting professor for three weeks. He was invited to provide expert advice on the implementation of an effective entrepreneurship programme and a strategic research direction for PUCPR. He was also invited to participate in collaborative case study research with Professor Tortato from PUCPR and to discuss with senior management of PUCPR for  potential future collaborations.

The Transport Education Training Authority International Leadership Development Programme is designed to expose senior/middle managers and supervisors to the core aspects of global trends in the Transport Sector. The programme is designed to provide participants with the opportunities to:

1.	be exposed to the transport authorities (air, land and sea) in Singapore; and
2.	experience the transportation infrastructure and transportation business landscape built up in Singapore
and apply this new knowledge to suggest ways to address the business challenges of a local logistics and supply chain company in Singapore.

Dr Jenson, together with A/Prof Tan Yan Weng in UniSIM, was involved in the development, design and conduct of the Singapore segment of this prestigious international leadership programme with the key stakeholders from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in the University of Pretoria.

The programme was attended by 20 middle/senior managers and was an overwhelming success. The average teaching rating for Dr Jenson was 4.75/5

Dr Jenson was invited by Professor Tortato of PUCPR to visit his University as a Visiting Professor to conduct case study research on Brazil companies while at the same time provide teaching on IT, Sustainability and Case Study Writing and Research to students and faculty of the university in the month of Nov 2015. The course 'Using Case Study to Educate' specially designed for PUCPR's academic was well received and has a teaching rating of 4.92/5.

Dr Jenson served as the Head of Programme, Visual Communication with Business Programme and he was responsible to ensure its academic rigor and quality of the programme together with the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.

He was an active eLearning evangelist and strategist in UniSIM. He was in the University's Learning Management Committee, School's representative in the University's eLearning Committee, and University's Online Learning for Academic Committee.  During which, he was instrumental in ensuring that the School meets the University's eLearning targets and also participated in the development of course materials to educate academic on how to conduct effective blended learning courses in UniSIM.

Dr Jenson was appointed as a member of the senior management team in King Edward VII Hall who is responsible in making strategic decisions that affect around 500 residents living in the hall of residence (2005 – 2013). Together with the Hall operational staff, he had played an important role to consistently help the hall achieved operating surplus from its operations every year between 2005 and 2013.

He led the largest hall infrastructure refurbishment project for the hall’s 100 year-old celebration that has an estimated tender value of around 6 million (2012 – 2013).

He had supervised several large-scale residents’ committees that are cross-country in nature (e.g. the Regional Chinese Song Writing Competition and Overseas Community Involvement Projects) which involves a budget of more than 25k (2005 – 2013).

He was appointed as a member of the tender review committee for cleaning and cooking services in the hall that have a combined value of around 1 million (2005 – 2013).

He had spearheaded several IT initiatives which led to significant improvements in hall’s operational efficiency. These IT initiatives were being awarded several top quality improvement awards from the University and from Spring Singapore (2010).

Resident Fellow, King Edward VII Hall (Concurrent Appointment)

Dr. Jenson was appointed as Chief Enterprise Architect leading a team of Enterprise Architects to engage senior management of various departments to develop Enterprise Architecture blueprints that are used to enhance departmental strategic and tactical planning (2010 – 2013).

He was appointed as a senior manager to lead and implement the University-wide IT Projects and Portfolio Management system that is used for streamlining and prioritizing IT projects strategically (2011 – 2013) which resulted in the cost avoidance of more than 3 million for the University in 2011.

He was appointed as key organizing member to facilitate the Computer Centre’s organizational transformation efforts specifically in the development of the Centre’s vision, mission, and strategic roadmap (2012 - 2013).

He had led numerous business process improvement projects through the innovative use of IT that resulted in the winning of more than 20+ International, National and NUS quality awards (2007 – 2013).

He was appointed as one of the key tender review members who is responsible to review the ~7 million IT staff augmentation outsourcing tender intended to provide a cost effective IT manpower resources to the NUS community (2012).

He led a team of expert developers to develop a set of shared application components that has been widely used by the developer’s community which resulted in the cost saving of around 1 million as of 2011 to the University (2008).

He was appointed as member of an expert developer panel to derive a comprehensive developer’s deployment and development guidelines for NUS (2006)

He led a cross-functional team in Computer Centre to manage and maintain the largest and one of the most strategic registration application systems in NUS (Centralized Online Registration System, CORS) (2005 - 2009). Working closely with a cross-departmental administrative team consisting of more than 100 staff to improve the student’s satisfaction level of CORS from 69% to >80%.

Chief Enterprise Architect cum Senior Manager (Strategies and Development)

Dr. Jenson had designed and administered key web servers hosted in the School of Computing to support research and teaching. Helped to play a role in transforming education in the School through the development and deployment of a web application development playground for undergraduates and the use of State of the Art web technologies in the teaching of an eCommerce module in the School of Computing (2002 - 2004).

He had developed, maintained and managed various critical application systems (e.g. Undergraduate Module Registration System and Graduation Requirement Verification System) for the School of Computing (2000 - 2004).

Dr. Jenson had managed and administered systems to support database research activities by graduates and mentored undergraduates’ final year projects (1997 – 1999).

He had designed and developed the State of the Art 100% Java Storage Manager. Innovations derived in this project were published in several top tier database journal and conferences (1997 – 1999).
