With an MSc in Digital Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University, Field specializes in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), data analysis, web analytics, campaign management, Customer Engagement Management (CEM), Customer Experience (CX), and digital and multi-channel contact center experience.
