Drew Janes is a seasoned professional with a strong background in M&A advisory and capital markets across various industries and products.
He has been involved in notable transactions such as the growth equity partnership of Syndigo with Summit Partners, the IPO underwriting of Maravai, and the acquisitions of Mission Healthcare, Carnegie Learning, Vessco, Victory Innovations, and many more.
Drew Janes's educational background includes an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a degree in Business Economics from Brown University, and studies in Economics at the University of Oxford.
Currently, Drew Janes is part of the Investment Banking team at William Blair, bringing his expertise to the field.
