Kate Hui

Kate Hui is an accomplished Investment Banking Director with over 6 years of experience in public and private company merger & acquisition advisory. She has been a valuable member of William Blair since 2014.

Some of Kate Hui's remarkable transaction experiences include the sale of Project Management Academy to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, sale of ALKU to FFL Partners, acquisition of Sirius Decisions by Forrester Research, sale of TaskUs to Blackstone, and sale of Penn Foster to Bain Capital Double Impact.

Kate Hui holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also completed a B.A. in Economics at the University of Chicago and participated in the Princeton in Beijing program at Princeton University.
