Tonja Ringgold

Dr. Tonja L. Ringgold, RP, is an experienced senior administrator in the higher education sector, with a solid background in educational technology, facilitation, budget management, teamwork, and leadership.

She holds a Doctorate in Urban Educational Leadership from Morgan State University, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, an MSM in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, an MS in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore, and a BS in Psychology from Morgan State University.

Throughout her career, Dr. Ringgold has held various key positions including President at EN-Sight Educational Consultants, Graduate Professor at Morgan State University, Vice President For Academic Affairs/ALO at Baltimore City Community College, Assistant Secretary for Higher Education at Maryland Higher Education Commission, Campus Dean at Community College of Baltimore County, Department Chair at Baltimore City Community College, and Executive Director/Dean of Student Development at Baltimore City Community College.

Her experience also includes roles such as Honors Program Director and Professor of Psychology at Baltimore City Community College.
