With over 12 years of experience, Doreen has collaborated with various entities including Fortune 500 companies, governments, nonprofits, universities, and venture capital firms, assisting them in securing funding and expanding their climate and DEI initiatives.

Her passion for climate and ocean innovation resonates through her recent roles at Sustainable Ocean Alliance and Seabird Ventures, where she played a crucial role in empowering 56 ocean tech startups to enhance their business strategies and positively impact climate and ocean health.

Doreen actively engages in multiple communities and initiatives such as Diversity VC, Women in VC, Women and Climate, and 1000 Ocean Startups, besides being part of the Hawaii Venture Capital Association in O'ahu, Hawai'i.
