Adam de Sola Pool is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience as an angel investor and early stage venture capitalist in the field of central European environmental, cleantech, and renewable energy SMEs.

He specializes in providing capital in the form of debt and equity to support companies' growth stages while also mentoring management teams to achieve success.

Adam has extended his expertise to America, focusing on startup mentoring and assisting in the establishment of ocean technology-related businesses.

His educational background includes a High School Diploma from Andover, an MBA in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and a BA in Geography from the University of Chicago.

Adam has been actively involved in various organizations, serving as a mentor at Macquarie University Incubator, advisor at SeaAhead, member of the board of Commercial Advisors at INL - International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory, among others.

Throughout his career, he has held key positions such as CEO at European Investments & Partners, Chief Investment Officer at Yamaichi Regent ABC Polska / NFI Fortuna, and Senior Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, among other roles.
