Donald Mayo is an accomplished culinary professional with a strong background in the food and hospitality industry. He holds an Associate Degree of Arts and Applied Sciences (A.A.S.) from Stratford University. Donald has held various leadership roles in reputable organizations, showcasing his expertise and skills in culinary arts. Currently, he serves as the Executive Chef and part owner at Jag restaurant group. Previously, he founded and managed his own company, Donmayz LLC, as the CEO. His experience includes positions such as Kitchen Manager/Chef at Foremost Caterers, Executive Chef at Centerplate, Sous Chef at Centerplate, Executive Sous Chef at Centerplate, Executive Chef at Lace Lounge, Club level Chef at Aramark, chef at Aramark, and Restaurant Supervisor at Marriott Hotels.
