Desmond Lim

Desmond Lim is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of experiences in various fields. He has a Masters in Public Policy, Business and Government from Harvard University, and has studied at the MIT Media Lab at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Lim has worked as a Venture Investor at Dorm Room Fund and Research Scientist at MIT Media Lab. He is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Workstream, an organization which provides an all-in-one hiring solution for businesses.

Lim's professional experience also includes work as a Product Manager at WeChat, Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Head of International Programs at Choson Exchange, Corporate Finance Analyst at RSM UK, and Fixed Income Analyst at UBS Investment Bank. He is also a former contributing writer at Entrepreneur Media and has studied at the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a guest lecturer.

Additionally, Lim has co-founded several start-ups such as QuikForce, Treehouse Restaurant, and Perfect Tutors. He has also served as a Full Lieutenant, an Infantry Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces.
