We exist to level the playing field for ALL job seekers through data efficacy, partnering with organizations who believe in skills based hiring or need an effective solution to begin, all while providing access to all job seekers at no cost.

We are the only organization in the world that fully-translates a military service members experience into transferable civilian skills, job titles and descriptions. In order to do this we needed to manually crosswalk every job in the military to private sector positions. There are about 35k military positions to demonstrate the magnitude of this data project.

From there we built upon this data and success to aid all job seekers.

Director of Flight Operations/Pilot, Captain (Two Combat Tours) Tacoma, WA/Balad, Iraq

Led and managed over 90 pilots, crew-chiefs, and flight medics; Provided MEDEVAC coverage to 6 locations in Iraq covering a footprint of roughly half the size of California; Under my leadership I directed over 4,000 flying missions for the largest Army Medical Air Ambulance Company ever fielded for combat resulting in zero flight accidents and combat fatalities; Responsible for the medical evacuation and care of over 6,500 patients, comprised of Iraqi civilians, Coalition forces and insurgent enemy forces; Awarded two Bronze Star Medals, Air Medal, and Army Commendation Medal

2001-2003 
Flight Team Leader/Pilot, 1st Lieutenant/Captain  Pyongtech, South Korea

Managed and led 17 U.S. and Republic of Korea (ROC) soldiers resulting in the safe and successful medical evacuation of 250 soldiers and civilians; Flight commander and advanced pilot; technical expertise in the mechanics, hydraulics, power train, and all systems of the UH-60 Black Hawk with 50 successful flight missions; Awarded Republic of Korea Letter of Commendation, Army Commendation Medal, and Army Achievement Medal
