Denisa Ptackova is an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager with an impressive background in IT, consultancy, business services, and finance. She is a Cornell University graduate with experience in managing senior professionals in Prague's and Hong Kong's offices.

Denisa has a passion for long-life learning and is a certified coach and Employer Brand Leader. She is skilled in HR Consulting, Coaching, HR Policies, Processes, Sourcing, Strategies, Employer Branding, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent/Performance Management, and Development, with an emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion. Denisa has broad experience in global and local environments from the US, EU, Asia, and the Middle East, and leading international teams.

As the Chief People Officer at EmbedIT, Denisa is the driving force behind all aspects of People Management, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, People Experience, Learning and Development, and People Partnering. She implements Group HR policies and partners in line with business requirements to achieve company goals. Denisa also oversaw Talent Acquisition Strategy, processes, advisory, budgets, mentorship, strategic workforce planning, talent management, agile approach, high standards for Home Credit's 10 countries in three continents.

Denisa has worked across various organizations, including Home Credit Indonesia, Home Credit International, and Accenture, where she held roles such as HR Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager, HRBP and Personal Coach, HR Country Recruitment & Recruitment Marketing/Sourcing Lead, and Global/Country Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Talent Management, BP, L&D, Personal Coach.
