Dean Sigmon

Dean Sigmon is an accomplished asset management and investment sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. He has extensive knowledge of operational issues and costs related to apartment developments, as well as a deep understanding of the physical elements of multi-family properties. Dean currently co-directs Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Sales Group alongside Robin Williams.
