Robin Williams

Robin Williams is the Executive Vice President-Director of the Transwestern Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group, specializing in multifamily brokerage and business development in the Washington, DC/Baltimore metro and Northern Virginia regions.

With a vast experience, Robin has been involved in the sale of over 42,000 apartment units, amounting to more than $3.5 billion in sales volume.

Before his current role, Robin worked in senior investment sales positions at national and local brokerage firms in the Mid-Atlantic region and also has experience as a commercial real estate appraiser in the Washington Metro area.

Noteworthy sales by Robin include the Washington, DC/Northern Virginia Portfolio, The Chase Apartments at Bethesda Metro, Springhill Lake in Greenbelt, MD, and the Padonia Village Portfolio in Baltimore, MD.

Robin pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) at the University of Maryland College Park, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Director of the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group at Transwestern.
