With a remarkable track record, James has successfully sourced and closed deals for over 17,000 units, amounting to an impressive $1.7 billion in value across Texas.

As a Senior Vice President at NorthMarq Multifamily, James has played a pivotal role in making the Dallas Multifamily Investment Sales team the top-performing sales team within NorthMarq and one of the leading multifamily brokers in the nation.

Specializing in workforce housing, James and his team have sold nearly 100,000 apartment units valued at approximately $5 billion since 2014, solidifying their reputation as market leaders and experts in the DFW and surrounding markets.
