Meet Kirsti Grant, an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive with a highly successful track record in the technology sector. Kirsti is a Co-founder and former CEO of HOP Ventures, a company that focuses on building innovative businesses in New Zealand. She is also a Director of People Experience at Auror, a leading retail intelligence platform that helps retailers and police report, solve and prevent crime.

Kirsti Grant holds a diverse range of professional experiences across various industries. She started her career as an Account Manager for Jobs at Trade Me, where she developed expertise in online recruitment, and also served as a Social Recruitment Manager at Jobs.co.nz.

Kirsti's true passions lie in talent management and company culture, and she devoted over seven years of her career helping Vend, a leading online retail platform. Starting as a VP Talent, she helped grow the company from 37 to 250 employees, scaling the culture and effectively managing the team. She also served as an Advisor for Promapp Solutions and Mobi2Go, and an Advisor and Board Member of Weirdly Ltd, SwipedOn Visitor Management System, and HOP Ventures.

In 2016, Kirsti, along with her partner Lance Hodges, founded Populate.io, a finance and HR planning platform, aimed at helping companies make data-driven decisions to manage headcount. Populate.io is her first product, and has been highly successful, meeting the needs of many companies for smarter and more efficient growth planning.
