Simon Alexandre is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovation expert with a solid background in applied research and product development in the ICT industry. He is currently a General Partner at The Faktory SA, where he focuses on business model innovation, strategy, HR management, and lean startup methodologies. He holds a degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, and History, as well as a degree in Contemporary History from the Université Catholique de Louvain. Before joining The Faktory, Simon co-founded NEST'up and CareSquare, and served as the General Manager at CETIC, a research center for software engineering. Simon is also a former scientific collaborator at the University of Namur and a researcher and manager in software engineering at CETIC. Simon's expertise in entrepreneurship and innovation, combined with his experience in applied R&D and product development, has enabled him to make a significant impact in the Belgian startup ecosystem.
