David O'Hara

David O'Hara is the President of Improving, a technology management and consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. He has been with the company since its founding in 2007 and has served as President since 2013. Under his leadership, Improving has achieved significant milestones, including being listed on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America for 11 consecutive years and receiving accolades as one of the Best Places to Work in Dallas for a decade.12

O'Hara is known for his values-driven leadership and focuses on fostering a culture of trust and collaboration within organizations. He is a proponent of Conscious Capitalism, which emphasizes ethical business practices and social responsibility. His speaking engagements often cover topics such as building environments of trust, values-based cultures, and leadership development.123

In addition to his role at Improving, O'Hara is a Founding Member of the Forbes Dallas Business Council and actively participates in the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), where he has held various leadership roles. He also contributes to leadership initiatives through coaching programs like the Senior Leadership Initiative.23

Outside of work, David O'Hara enjoys spending time with his family, which includes five children, and is involved in community service through his local church and various philanthropic activities.2
