Dario Gamboa

Dario Gamboa is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at CrossTech, a role he has held since August 2019. In addition to his position at CrossTech, he is the Founder and President of DG Consultants LLC, which he established in September 2018. His consultancy focuses on enhancing business performance through effective human talent management and employee engagement strategies.1

Gamboa's extensive background includes significant roles such as Senior Vice-President and Chief Talent Officer at Ilumno, where he was responsible for talent management across multiple institutions in Latin America from December 2011 to August 2018. He has also held senior human resources positions at Visa and Brightstar Corporation, demonstrating a strong track record in HR strategy, succession planning, and leadership development.1

In terms of education, Gamboa has pursued doctoral studies in Intercultural Communications at the University of Minnesota and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling & Personnel Services from the University of North Texas. He is multilingual, proficient in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.1
