Daniel Levine

Daniel Levine is a Senior Country Officer at the World Bank Group based in the Singapore Infrastructure and Urban Hub, a prominent operational office housing staff from the World Bank, IFC, and MIGA, with a team of around 220 members.

The main focus of the Singapore Hub is to enhance operational efficiency for the Asia infrastructure and sustainable development portfolio, integrating expertise from the WBG with local Singapore-based development knowledge to provide effective development solutions to clients.

The office primarily concentrates on infrastructure and urban development, offering investment, finance, and treasury services across IDA/IBRD, IFC, and MIGA, harnessing the Singapore ecosystem to strengthen the capabilities of both staff and clients with top-tier models, companies, technologies, and educational institutions.

One of the pivotal roles of the Hub is to establish partnerships within the local ecosystem, with recent collaborations culminating in a memorandum of understanding with Infrastructure Asia, a Government entity dedicated to streamlining infrastructure transactions in Asia through policy enhancements, capacity development in client nations, and collaborative efforts involving key stakeholders.

Daniel Levine pursued his educational endeavors by obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and continued his academic journey by completing his Master of Business Administration at The George Washington University.
