Daniel Kurtz is a highly results-driven and customer-focused individual who has a diverse background in the consumer technology, travel, hospitality, and startup industries. He is currently serving as a Senior AI Conversation Designer at Drift, where he is responsible for designing sales-focused conversational experiences powered by Artificial Intelligence and managing the implementation of Drift Automation for enterprise customers. He is also contributing to the building of a world-class Conversation Design team at Drift.
Kurtz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Linguistics and Psychology from Northeastern University, where he also worked as a Service Events Coordinator and an Orientation Leader. Prior to joining Drift, Kurtz served as a Bartender at Casa Caña, an AI Conversation Designer and Customer Advocate at Drift, a Customer Experience Representative at Freebird, Inc., a Host at The Franklin Cafe and The Hawthorne Bar, a Specialist at Apple, a Healthcare IT Communications Co-op at Philips, a Relationship Manager Co-op at Enquiron, and a Brand Representative at Jack Wills.
With his direct customer support and sales experience, Kurtz has honed his skills and expertise in delighting his customers and driving results. He is passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Conversation Design to enhance customer interactions and create seamless experiences.
