Some of the national projects include the project management of a new building locations of a big box retailer in Milwaukee, Chicago, and Rochester, NY that totaled a combined 20 acres in size and over $15M in construction cost. Oversaw conceptual, design, and construction phase for a automated testing vehicle facility located in Ann Arbor, MI. Was responsible for all project management tasks for approximately 10 branch banks that averaged 1 acre in size and $2M in construction cost. Project engineer for Phase II of a shopping center totaling 100,000 SF of retail space and 10 acres of site development totaling $8M in construction cost. Project Engineer for a 50,000-SF learning annex for a local community college. Overall construction costs of the project were approximately $2MProject Engineer for a 125,000-SF aircraft hangar and painting facility for the local aviation authority.
