Daniel Carroll is a civil engineer with an extensive background in water resources, land development, green infrastructure, client relations, and project management. With over 15 years of experience in the field, he is an expert in parking lot layout design, stormwater management, green infrastructure, and utility design, coordination, and relocation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and has worked for several reputable firms, including RS&H, Tetra Tech, and Kimley-Horn and Associates.
