Founded and grew Glow from startup to global social tech/services business. Became strategic partner in the Facebook marketing partnership programme, listed in Deloitte Top50 UK Tech Companies and won TechCityNews pitch awards. Worked with incredible people, clients and partners over 8 years. Glow was sold to ADTZ, later Adglow, in February 2016.

Glow helps brands engage and transact with their customers across social media. We do this by leveraging customer's 1st party data, alongside rich social data to identify when customers are most likely to buy. 

We work with leading brands across the world to help them on find their customers on desktop and mobile, including King, Spotify, US Bank, American Express, Booking.com and TopShop.

Responsible for sales & existing business development in UK, DE, FR. 300+ clients (advertiser and agency). Also oversee client/sales support and training for other EU markets (15). Team of 30, 7 direct reports. 

Provides affiliate, search, ad-serving tracking/reporting/optimisation tools to digital advertisers.

TradeDoubler

Client Services Director - TD Technology

Responsible for client relationships and commercial development across Europe, including p&l accountability for each territory & 1st line technical support team. Oversees team of 10 FTEs across 4 locations. Part of senior management team that took IMW Group (The Search Works & The Technology Works) to sale by TradeDoubler (July 2007).
