-  Consulting clients on labor market tendencies and issues;
-  Analyzing client's requirements and preparing job discriptions;
-  Advertising vacancies on the Internet, Mass media, professional websites;
-  Searching and selecting candidates using different sources (professional websites, internal data base, headhunting, references and etc);
-  Interviewing candidates;
-  Preparing CVs for clients;
-  Arranging interviews for appropriate candidates with the clients;
-  Providing comprehensive feedback to candidates;
