Daniel Seifert

Daniel Seifert is a talent acquisition expert with over 11 years of experience in the non-profit and tech sectors. Seifert is currently the Global Staffing Lead for Ads at Google, where he manages hiring for technical positions across half of their business globally. He has previously held various roles at Google, including Americas Staffing Lead for Technical Writing & UX and Technical Recruiter. Prior to his work in tech, Seifert spent several years in the education sector, working as a middle school teacher and Corps Member at Teach For America, as well as serving as the Recruitment Director and National Recruitment Manager at Citizen Schools.

Seifert studied Government and Philosophy at Colby College and participated in the Visiting Student Programme in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the University of Oxford.

Seifert is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. In addition to his work, he is also involved in the non-profit sector and encourages volunteering in the community, particularly in education.
