Don Davis is a former professional football player, Super Bowl champion, and current Senior Director of Player Affairs for the NFL Players Association. He is a respected leader, facilitator, and player rights advocate, responsible for overseeing player labor issues and ensuring that players understand their individual rights and benefits outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Don is a strategic visionary, known for his precise business acumen and is widely sought after as a speaker and facilitator. He has a Doctor of Education degree from The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development, as well as an MBA from The George Washington University - School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Kansas in Human Development and Family Studies. Don's career achievements include securing $730,000 for the launch of the NFLPA One Team PAC, achieving 100% participation of union representatives to the annual board of representatives meeting, and launching the NFLPA Annual Leadership Summit to identify and train future NFLPA board members.
