Simona Bodláková is an experienced coach and consultant who helps business owners and leaders improve their leadership skills, team building, and organizational culture. With over 20 years of experience in management and strategy positions in both family and global businesses, Simona has successfully led teams with turnovers of almost a billion Czech crowns. She is the owner of SevenIN, which specializes in enhancing team collaboration and effectiveness in companies.

Simona has expertise in coaching, training, and facilitating workshops for executives to help them discover their authentic leadership style while working with team culture and values. She is particularly passionate about helping leaders prepare their succession plans and transform their companies during leadership transitions.

Simona's journey began when she studied Foreign Trade at the Českoslovanská Akademie obchodní Dr. Edvarda Beneše. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), having completed two certified coaching programs and multiple professional courses. Simona is also a member of the executive board of the Association of Family Businesses, where she prepares educational programs and facilitates mastermind group meetings. She mentors projects in acceleration programs at Impact Hub Prague.
