Deann Donohue

Deann Donohue is a seasoned professional with a diverse range of expertise in Employee Culture, Future of Work, Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity & Inclusion Strategies, and Philanthropy/Volunteerism. As the Mastercard St. Louis Technology Hub Lead, she is committed to creating a workplace that is engaging, empowering, and fulfilling for employees. In her capacity, she devises innovative strategies for talent recruitment, community outreach, and brand awareness, and collaborates with various teams to achieve common goals.

In addition to her role as St. Louis Technology Hub Lead, Deann also serves as the St. Louis City Ambassador, liaising between Mastercard and local/regional governments, organizations, and education systems to promote racial and social equity and inclusion.

Before taking on her current role, Deann was the Director of Community Relations, where she spearheaded community outreach initiatives, implemented employee engagement programs in global Mastercard Tech Hubs, with a major focus on the Midwest region.

Deann holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Missouri State University. She is a Vice President of Business Development and has previously served as Vice President of Technology Hub, Director of Technology Hub at Mastercard, and consultant for philanthropy and volunteerism at Populus Group.

With a demonstrated track record of successful leadership, project management, and marketing/communications, Deann possesses a wealth of skills and knowledge that enable her to be an asset to any organization.
