His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agriculture and related sciences from The University of Georgia.

He has served as an Executive Search Consultant at CarterBaldwin Executive Search, Associate Dean of the Evening MBA Program, Director of the MBA Program, Sr. Associate Director, and Associate Director at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Prior to that, he also worked as an Assistant Director in Campus Life at Emory University.
