Chip Averwater

CJ Averwaters is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background. He attended Christian Brothers High School before studying German and Chemistry at the University of Tennessee. He later pursued Linguistics and Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, where he also obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Marketing. CJ continued his studies in Germany, earning another MBA in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. In addition to his business degrees, he also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Apart from his academic background, CJ has experience in writing books. He has authored two books - 'Great Managers Are Always Nice' and 'Retail Truths: The Unconventional Wisdom of Retailing'.
