Christopher M. Darby is an educator and learner dedicated to promoting communication and collaboration across diverse backgrounds. With a blend of strategic thinking, compassionate inquisitiveness, and over ten years of facilitation experience, he brings valuable insights and techniques to empower individuals and organizations engaged in meaningful initiatives.
His educational journey includes studying at Berkeley High School, pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) with a focus on Special Studies at Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and obtaining a B.A. in History from Columbia University in the City of New York.
Throughout his career, Christopher has held various roles, including serving as Director at NMBG, and as an Associate at Thrive Trainings & Consulting, Enact Leadership, Inc., and President & Co-Founder at FourthWrite. He has also contributed his expertise as an editor at Due West Education and Gurufi, a tutor at Aspire Education Project, and as a 2nd/3rd Grade Teachers' Assistant at NORTH OAKLAND COMMUNITY CHARTER SCHOOL. Furthermore, he has been the Director of the Youth Leadership Project at The Mosaic Project.
