Christie Ballerini Portela Ferreira is a psychologist, coach, mentor, instructor, and systemic constellation facilitator with 15 years of professional experience in managing HR and DHOs in major companies such as Grupo Iochpe-Maxion and DPaschoal.

She specializes in talent management, career development, succession planning, leadership and high-performance team development, change management, transformation, and professionalization of family businesses.

Christie is trained in behavioral preference assessment tools like Method Quantum, MBTI (step I and step II), and Spiral Dynamics, focusing on individual values, environments, and organizational culture.
