Christián Blackaller is a seasoned consultant with over 16 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational design, change management, performance optimization, and public policy. She graduated with an MBA from the Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey. She is currently a Manager at Kearney, where she leverages her analytical background and passion for people to create impactful transformational strategies.
