Nitzan Ifrach is a highly experienced business transformation leader who currently serves as a Senior Principal of Global Customer Success Strategy at Salesforce. With over a decade of experience, Nitzan has honed his skills in a variety of fields including change management, organizational design, talent management, portfolio management, strategic planning, and program management. A passionate advocate of Salesforce and technology, Nitzan holds 12 Salesforce Architecture and Consultant Certifications along with being a PROSCI certified change management practitioner and a certified scrum master.

Nitzan's educational background consists of a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University. Nitzan has held several roles at Salesforce, including Global Success Manager Strategy Lead, Solutions Architect, Principal Success Manager, and Success Manager. Prior to Salesforce, Nitzan was a Senior Project Manager at Perion Network and Stratasys.

Additionally, Nitzan is the Founder of Everyone Can Become a Trailblazer, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the positive impact of people and technology. Nitzan's career began as an Intelligence Analyst with the Research Department of the Israel Defense Forces and later worked as a Business Analyst at Diplomat and a Financial Consultant and Team Leader at Global Finance.
