Arijeet Chatterjee

Arijeet Chatterjee, an accomplished data scientist, consultant, and MBA graduate from HEC School of Management, is currently on sabbatical at UBCMDS while pursuing French Language and Civilization studies in La Sorbonne. With a diverse background that spans across various industries, Chatterjee's professional journey began as an Associate Developer at Netesoft India Private Limited before he transitioned into Marketing and Sales Operations Management at United Bakery. Chatterjee also worked at INEA Consulting as a consultant where he gained knowledge in project management, change management, and strategic planning.

At IBM, Chatterjee first embraced his data-driven mindset as an Operations-Talent Acquisition & HR member, where he spearheaded data analytics to recruit and retain top talent. Later, as a Data Analyst-Talent Acquisition, he leveraged data-driven insights to increase IBM's recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. As a Data Scientist at IBM, he automated HR analytical reports using Power BI, R-Programming, and Python, delivering data-driven recommendations on recruitment, retention, and attrition.

Aside from his professional life, Chatterjee feeds his passion for soccer by frequently tweeting and retweeting about Manchester United. A full-time student of life, Chatterjee loves to travel, explore new cultures, and learn as much as he can.
