Throughout her career, she has worked with various organizations, including JFCS of the Suncoast, Cleveland State Community College, Girls Preparatory School, and the Association for Visual Arts. She specializes in building strong teams, strategic planning, community relations, fundraising, and marketing.

Christa is also an experienced trainer and consultant in capacity building curricula and strategic initiatives.
