Chris Hoyt

Chris Hoyt, an esteemed interactive and strategic recruiting manager, is a mobile marketing/recruiting evangelist and Social ‘X’ addict with over 20 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. He has been pushing the boundaries of each aspect of recruitment, including talent attraction and search engine optimization for teams around the globe. Chris has a passion for breaking out of traditional recruitment practices by coaching teams of recruiters and sourcers to evolve and collectively push the envelope of non-traditional talent attraction and recruitment. He is an expert at sourcing and recruitment research, laser-focused on measurement and maximizing ROI. With a strong artistic visual and spatial skills set, he is proficient at social media recruitment and marketing, candidate screening and interviewing, and salary negotiations. Chris has previously held leadership roles at organizations such as CareerXroads, PepsiCo, and AT&T, to name a few. Currently serving as the President at CXR Foundation, Chris is a former infantry squad leader in the US Army.
