With over 20 years of experience, Cheryl has specialized in managing the people side of change for companies, particularly in areas such as M&As, employee benefits, recruiting, retention, compensation, performance management, management development, and employee engagement.

Currently serving as the Marketing Director for Milliman's Employee Benefits Administration practice, Cheryl is responsible for leading national marketing strategy, enhancing client experience, securing new business, and maintaining key client relationships.

Cheryl's skill set includes consultative sales, business development, client account management, engagement strategies, change management, strategic communication, marketing planning, human resources practices, branding, internal and external communication, project management, B2B interaction, and leadership.
