Charles Bassett

Charles Bassett is an award-winning journalist and former US Air Force veteran with over 18 years of broadcast news experience. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he studied Journalism and holds two Associates degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Security Administration and Environmental Medicine Technology.

Bassett is a highly skilled communicator with expertise in analyzing complex topics and presenting them in an easy-to-understand manner. Through his work as a reporter, anchor, and newsroom leader, he has identified and executed comprehensive multi-platform digital coverage.

Prior to his current position as Senior Public Relations Manager at AT&T, Bassett worked as Lead Public Relations Manager in Texas for the company. He has also worked as a reporter and anchor for several TV stations including KDAF (CW 33), KWTV (CBS), WEAR (ABC), and KTVE (NBC). Additionally, Bassett spent time as an Environmental Medicine Tech and Security Specialist in the US Air Force.
