Jalin Wu received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Labor Relations from Cornell University, providing him with a solid academic foundation for his career in HR.

With a wealth of experience, Jalin Wu has held various roles at Silicon Labs, including Manager of Global Compensation and Benefits, Senior HR Business Partner & US Employee Relations, HR Business Partner & US Employee Relations, and HR Analyst in Learning & Development & US Employee Relations. Prior to Silicon Labs, he also served in HR roles at Austin Energy and IBM, where he was the National Recruiting Officer and a Human Resources Specialist in the IBM Rotational HR Program.
