The firm is composed of partners that specialize in different areas, with Lee focusing on fundraising strategy and the development of the company's portfolio.

Before EdelWeiss, Lee worked as a partner at AngelList, where he focused on supporting and recruiting angel investors on the platform. He was also instrumental in the growth of the company's fundraising business. Prior to that, Lee worked at MHS Capital, a leading Bay Area seed fund that has invested in industry-leading companies like Udemy, Outreach, and Thumbtack.

Lee's achievements include helping Edelweiss portfolio companies Wonderschool, Pipefy, and Kettle and Fire raise follow-on financing and supporting their continued growth. He is also a former Advisory/Investor at Colingo and a Board Member at Pipefy. Additionally, Lee has mentored and advised startups at 500 Startups.
