Tommy Leep is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and business advisor with experience in startup funding and growth. He is a Stanford University alum with a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in sociology. Tommy is a founding partner at Jetstream, a venture capital firm investing in climate tech startups. He also worked as a consultant at Congruent Ventures and an investment scout at Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Before venturing into venture capitalism, Tommy was Chief of Staff and Investment Associate at Floodgate and partner at Rothenberg Ventures. He also served as a product marketing manager at Meraki, Inc. and Intuit, where he was an associate product manager and participated in the rotational development program. He started his career as a summer associate intern at Triage Consulting Group and a marketing associate at Yahoo! Music.
