Founder and current the Executive Director of Autistic Women's Alliance, an autistic run organization that encourages autistic individuals from historically underrepresented genders to think about, raft, embrace, and express their self-defined individuality within and beyond the workplace. Autistic Women's Alliance provides safe space for autistic individuals from historically underrepresented genders.

Autistic Women's Alliance aid autistic individual from historically underrepresented genders to thrive in current or new careers through different ways that include peer mentoring, education, and community outreach. Our members may or may not be employed full time, or formally diagnosed. We welcome everyone from underrepresented genders that identify as autistic or neurodivergent to participate.

Is a member of the Product Centers of Excellence, which is a matrixed team comprised of product and subject matter experts. This team role is to identify gaps within the support organization at SAP SuccessFactors.

Team Accomplishments:

•	In-Product Support – Improved relevant results from less than 30% to over 90% = resulting in positive one click customer experiences for over 25k experiences/month
•	Guided Answers – You created the first trees through partnerships with the specific product support teams. Your efforts also helped define WIPS content and best practices that will be used by future authors.  These pilot trees have resulted in 1000 views in just the last 30 days.
•	KBA Feedback & Text Comments – You reviewed and acted upon customer ratings and feedback provided over the last 7 months.
•	KBA Content – The team created and /or edited over 800 KBAs. These actions were based on guided answers creation, KBA text comments, KBA ratings, and Missing Product project.
•	Training Content – The participated in the training content for In-Product Support and Guided Answers Roll-out (delivered to 1000k employees).
•	Engagement Model – The team created all aspects of a unique engagement model that would have provide a new experience for internal users. These materials and model will be evaluated for other uses and applications.

Worked with Engineering terms to assist with a better user experience with error messages, UI text labels using people-centric language. Used DITA-CMS for composing and publishing product documentation for the following SAP SuccessFactors Products:

Analysis work and project coordination for users being migrated off an NT domain to a 2003 domain; specifically user profiles, system access and folder security. Over 7,000 accounts were identified to be researched, migrated or tech refreshed, and disabled.  Used Hyena/Active Directory Tools, Remedy & Excel 2007 as tools

• Analyzed KPPO accounts to identify and remediate potential software/hardware issues.
• Worked closely with end-users, clients, and SMEs to identify business needs to ensure smooth transition for the migration from KPPO to CS.
• Worked with the National Legal Department, a high visibility group with intricate security and systems, to understand and document complex business requirements for their migrations.
• Coordinated with local, regional and national ITFS, IBM, and department SMEs to schedule and deploy specialized software for Legal department migration.
• Worked with ITFS Project staff in Northern California and across different regions for users outside of the Oakland (RPON) area to coordinate and schedule computer tech refreshes and migrations.

Coordinated Implementation of 320 new 64 bit Dell 690s to the Product Development group at eBay Inc to replace end of life old Dell systems.  Worked with several different teams from eBay IT, CompuCom & Product Development group.  I was responsible from scheduling/coordinating users to be deployed, progress/status meetings to budget tracking.  Developed Project plans using MS project and was escalated business and technical issues quickly with minimal downtime.
