Laura Riva Palacio

Laura Palacio is a seasoned UX professional with a diverse educational background, having studied Industrial Design, Information Design, and Marketing, among others. She has completed various online courses from Nielsen Norman Group, Acumen Courses and IDEO, as well as independent workshops at Wizeline Academy. Palacio is currently the UX Lead at Jonajo Consulting, where she oversees user research, prototyping, and usability testing to create exceptional digital experiences for clients. She has previously interned at Medisist, Squalo International, and Continental, where she gained experience in design and UX.

With several academic achievements and professional experiences under her belt, Laura Palacio specializes in areas including UX research, design thinking, information design, and conversion rate optimization. She also possesses skills in UX/UI design, prototyping, project management, and user testing. Palacio is deeply interested in human-centered design and user experience optimization to ensure digital products are intuitive, accessible, and engaging.
