Calvin Seaman

Calvin Seaman is a communications professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. He previously served as the Managing Director of Communications and Culture at ATB Financial, a full-service financial institution in Alberta, Canada, from January 2009 to August 2022.35 During his 13-year tenure at ATB, Seaman played a key role in implementing Google Workspace and leading change management initiatives to transform the company's work culture.12

After leaving ATB Financial, Seaman joined Salesforce as a Senior Director of Internal Communications.46 He has been in this role for two years as of 2024, working on impactful initiatives to shape the company's communication strategies.

Seaman is known for his expertise in developing and coordinating communications strategies, and has won a Gold Quill award for his work.8 He has also been involved in various projects, including communicating the launch of ATB's online banking platform8 and optimizing internal communications department structures.79
