Caitlin Ghirardelli is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background in public health, anthropology, and Middle Eastern studies.
She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Policy and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of California San Diego.
In addition to her U.S. education, Caitlin also studied anthropology at The Australian National University and participated in the UCSD Anthropological Field School in Jordan at The American Center of Oriental Research (ACOR).
With an impressive professional journey, Caitlin has held various roles in prestigious organizations. She currently serves as a Senior Managerial Consultant in the Regional Portfolio Management Office at Kaiser Permanente.
Prior to her current role, Caitlin worked at Stanford Health Care where she held the position of Supervisor in Clinical Informatics Education - Ambulatory, Senior Clinical Informatics Educator, and Clinical Informatics Educator.
She also gained valuable experience as a Clinical Informatics and Performance Improvement Graduate Intern at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center & Health Centers.
Furthermore, Caitlin has a background in public service, having worked at the USDA as a Senior Program Specialist and Program Specialist in the Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
Her dedication to community health and service extended to her role as a Rural Community Health Advocate in the Peace Corps.
