Kevin Cleave is a highly skilled emergency planning and preparedness management professional with a proven track record of success in providing planning and support for state-wide emergency preparedness programs. With a bachelor's degree in biology and a master's degree in public health, Cleave is an expert in health policy and management. He has also studied NREMT-basic as an emergency medical technician and completed an advanced graduate certificate in public health emergency preparedness and response.
