Luc Lepage is a highly experienced healthcare management professional with over thirty years of experience. A master of business administration graduate from Université de Sherbrooke, Luc is known for his innovative thinking and has led many large-scale projects throughout his impressive career. Luc has served as Vice-president, Relations gouvernementales et rayonnement at Réseau Sélection and has established the ID Santé program to improve the health of seniors living in residence. He is currently the President of the Conseil des entreprises privées en santé et mieux-être (CEPSEM), a position he holds with great pride. His background includes managing the merger of CHSLD Hôtel-Dieu de Saint-Hyacinthe and the Hospital Honoré-Mercier as well as serving as the Director-General of several healthcare institutions, such as CSSS de Laval, CSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'île, and the Hôpital du Haut-Richelieu. With his training in governance, Luc understands how to lead organizations and achieve their missions effectively. He is also a member of the strategic committee of TI-Santé at TechnoMontréal.
