Reporting to the COO, core accountabilities and P&L discretion for product development, 
direct/distributor sales, IBM partner relations and key enterprise accounts representing 98% of company revenues.  Developed strategic plan and organizational structures to facilitate corporate growth and profitability objectives. Direct management responsibilities of Field Sales Associates, Sales Operations, Telemarketing Representatives, Contracts and Legal, Systems Engineers and Consultants in support of global Fortune 100 firms.

•	Transformed sales team from 30% below target to 67% over quota in Q1-05 (highest in company 
         history) through organizational analysis and execution, along with the establishment of 
        performance metrics, accountability tools and incentives.

•	Reduced sales cycle by 50%+ through the implementation of standards for account conversion 
        from proof of concept to sale.  

•	Generated new Global opportunities and improved stakeholder relations by negotiating and 
        streamlining IBM contract and Co-Branded reseller agreement. Presented Mainstar as acquire to 
        several venture capital and software development firms leading to the sale to Rocket Software.

Designed and administered strategic business plan to implement new “go-to-market” tactics, global partnerships/alliances, marketing/PR campaigns and sales cycle enhancements.
