Tonje Berg

Tonje Berg is an accomplished business leader with over a decade of experience in management consulting. She has worked on various projects related to digitalization, change management, organizational development, sustainability, financial effectiveness, and corporate governance. Tonje is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics and has a Master of Science degree in Strategy & Leadership.

Previously, Tonje worked as the Vice President of Digital Strategy and Transformation at Acando, where she was responsible for ensuring clients' success in their digital transformation journeys. She has also been a Senior Manager at Acando, a Senior Results Professional at Bene Agere, a Senior Consultant at Sopra Steria, and an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Currently, Tonje is the CEO of Zington Digital Business Norway (formerly known as Claremont) where she leads the company's efforts to help clients succeed in digitalization and transforming their businesses.

Tonje has also been highly involved in the academic world, previously working as a student assistant at NHH and participating in the Scotiabank International Case Competition. She has an athletic side too, having previously competed as a pole vaulter.
